Replacement and Refund Policy
In accordance with the conditions of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait, the following terms apply:
Returns & Refunds
- 14-day return period from Date of Invoice
Conditions:
- Product must be in original sealed packaging with all accessories
- Gifts/coupons received must be returned (sealed)
- Refunds issued via original payment method
Warranty Information
Coverage Details
- Edge International products: Warranty through authorized service centers
- Other products: Warranty through manufacturer's authorized agent in Kuwait
General Warranty Terms
- 1-year validity from purchase date
- Kuwait-only coverage
- Covers repairs only (no replacements)
Mobile Phone Warranty Exclusions:
- Software issues & batteries
- Accessories (chargers, headsets, etc.)
- Data loss
- Physical damage or liquid exposure
- Unauthorized modifications
Void Warranty Conditions:
- Unauthorized repairs/modifications
- Customer-induced damage:
- Improper installation
- Intentional misuse
- Liquid damage
Delivery & Storage
- 3-month collection period after purchase
- Late collection fees:
- 3% monthly storage fee after 3 months
- Goods disposal after 6 months (customer retains right to invoice value minus fees)
